Lead Business Analyst

Location: Bengaluru-VTP, India

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with senior leaders like department heads and CXOs to lead projects independently and collaborate across teams to deliver real impact.
• Partner with business and product teams to track performance metrics and KPIs that drive success.
• Team up with engineering and research groups to design and build systems for analyzing large data sets and extracting insights for business, marketing, and product decisions.
• Develop algorithms to pull meaningful info from big data.
• Set up automated, scalable processes for building and validating models and analyzing data at scale.
• Create metrics and prototypes to help make smarter business decisions.
• Support senior management and investors with reports and presentations regularly.
• Design scorecards and automate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5-8 years of analytics experience.
• Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

Technical Program Manager

Your role:

• Plan and manage infrastructure projects from start to finish — setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business goals.
• Identify risks early and create strategies to mitigate them.
• Use Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools to optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and security.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including executives, balancing priorities and negotiating trade-offs.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices, including automation and CI/CD workflows using tools like Terraform.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP are a plus).
• 4+ years of experience managing technical programs, especially infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience handling complex project challenges.

Site Reliability Engineer

• Define service level indicators and objectives to maintain and improve reliability.

• Work with development teams to build scalable, reliable new features.
• Automate deployments, manage releases, and coordinate software rollouts.
• Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement fixes to avoid repeat problems.
• Optimize system performance and plan for capacity and recovery.
• Automate manual tasks to reduce operational workload.
• Use CI/CD tools like Git, Jira, and Jenkins.

What we’re looking for:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Solid Linux/Unix admin and networking skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
• Programming skills in Python, Java, or Go.

• Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity, summarizing insights for leadership.
• Manage investor queries and coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information.
• Support compliance and legal requests related to investor relations.
• Help with financial modeling and due diligence during fundraising.

Ideal background:

• Experience with sell-side research.
• Qualifications like CA, MBA from Tier 1 school, or CFA with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
