The selected candidates will be placed at Pay Level-3 in the pay matrix (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100/-) along with admissible allowances under the Central Government.

Eligibility Criteria for CISF Constable Recruitment

1. Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years (as of 4th March 2025)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Period of military service + 3 years

2. Educational Qualification

• Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.

3. Driving License Requirements

Candidates must possess valid licenses for:

• Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or Transport Vehicle
• Light Motor Vehicle (LMV)
• Motorcycle with gear

4. Experience

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience for LMV, HMV, and motorcycles with gear.

Physical Standards

Note: Ex-servicemen are exempt from physical standards.

Selection Process

The recruitment process will involve the following stages:

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
   • 800m run: 3 minutes 15 seconds
   • Long Jump: 11 feet (3 attempts)
   • High Jump: 3 feet 6 inches (3 attempts)
2. Physical Standard Test (PST)
   • Measurement of height, chest, and weight.
3. Documentation
   • Verification of educational and other documents.
4. Trade Test
   • Driving test for LMV and HMV.
   • Practical motor mechanism test.
5. Written Examination
   • Format: Objective (CBT/OMR-based)
   • Language: English and Hindi
   • Syllabus:
     • General Knowledge (20 marks)
     • Mathematics (20 marks)
     • Analytical Aptitude (20 marks)
     • Observation & Distinction Ability (20 marks)
     • Basic Knowledge of English/Hindi (20 marks)
   • Duration: 120 minutes
6. Medical Examination
